Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Pulse Reach Digital collects through this website, why, and what happens to it. It describes what the site actually does, not a generic template.

Pulse Reach Digital is a registered business name of Neural Networks Group Pty Ltd, ABN 53 691 933 632, which is the entity responsible for the information described here.

What we collect when you contact us

When you complete a form on this site — the contact form, or the free audit request — we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number, if you choose to give one
• Your business name and website, if you choose to give them
• What you tell us in the message field

Only a name and an email address are required. Everything else is optional, and the form works without it.

How we record where you came from

When you arrive from an advertisement, a search result, a social post or another website, we store a small amount of information in a cookie named sf_attr in your browser. It records:

• Campaign parameters in the web address you arrived on (commonly called UTM parameters)
• Advertising click identifiers, where present, such as Google’s gclid
• The page you first landed on, and the page you were on most recently
• The website that referred you, if it was not one of our own pages
• The date you first visited

This cookie lasts 90 days. It does not contain your name, email address, phone number or any other personal detail — only information about the campaign or link that brought you here. If you later submit an enquiry, that campaign information is attached to your enquiry so we know which activity produced it.

You can delete this cookie at any time through your browser settings, and blocking it does not stop any part of the site working.

Where your enquiry goes

Enquiries are sent to two places:

• Our email, so we can respond to you.
• Our customer relationship management system, Odoo, where the enquiry is stored as a record so it is not lost and we can follow up properly.

Our Odoo instance is hosted by Odoo S.A. Information you send us may therefore be stored on servers outside Australia. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing.

Analytics and measurement

This site uses two measurement tools:

• Google Analytics 4 — page views, and events such as submitting a form or tapping a phone number. Used to understand which pages and channels produce enquiries.
• Microsoft Clarity — anonymised session recordings and heatmaps, used to see where people get stuck on a page.

Both set their own cookies and both are governed by their providers’ privacy policies. Neither is used to build advertising profiles about you as an individual.

What we do not collect

• We do not ask for financial or payment details through this website.
• We do not ask for health, medical or other sensitive information.
• We do not require you to create an account to contact us.

How we use your information

• To answer your enquiry, and to send you anything you asked for, such as an audit.
• To follow up with you about that enquiry.
• To understand which marketing activity is working, in aggregate.

If you ask us to stop contacting you, we will.

How long we keep your information

We keep information only as long as we need it, then delete it:

• Enquiries that do not become work — 24 months from our last contact with you, then deleted from our CRM.
• Client records — 7 years after our work with you ends, because Australian tax and company record-keeping obligations require us to retain business records for that period.
• The sf_attr cookie — 90 days, after which your browser removes it automatically.
• Analytics data — held by Google and Microsoft under their own retention settings, not by us directly.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner than this, and we will, except where we are legally required to keep it.

Accessing or deleting your information

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable period.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, contact us first at [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
